• Indoor classroom time was replaced by:

  - Materials distributed to students’ homes with virtual classes led by art instructors.

  - Outdoor classes with strict adherence to social distancing and facial coverings.

Fundraising:

• Online Art Auction

• Social Media Fundraising Campaigns

Board Activities:

• All Board meetings will be conducted virtually, except the Annual Board Retreat.

• 2020 and 2021 Annual Board Retreat policies:

  - The meeting room will be arranged with strict adherence to social distancing.

  - Masks or other facial coverings required.

  - Individual hand sanitizer containers.

  - Virtual access for those not comfortable with attending in-person.
