The Art Central Foundation’s Wine Tasting Fundraiser for 2010 returns to its original venue in the Temple Arts Building at 4 N Main Street with a new date & theme. “A Taste for Art” will be held Saturday, September, 18th from 6-9pm and will feature original art in silent & live auctions. What remains the same are the fantastic raffle baskets, the outstanding selection of wines & a delectable sampling of local cuisine.
This year’s fundraiser will benefit the “Guerilla Art Project”, a collaboration between the ACF & the Place Matters initiative of the United Way. This new program will engage the community in the creation of a piece of public art, designed & lead by a local artist. Look for more information on this exciting new project coming soon!
